Edgeboro International Inc. has been awarded the contract for the construction and operation of a new, state-of-the-art landfill for the City of Fez. This new landfill for the City of Fez (population 800,000), will supply the city with the necessary disposal ca­pacity for the next twenty years.

The landfill consists of a natural clay impermeable liner, leachate collection system, methane collection system and enclosed flare, onsite LFG to energy generation, diversion swales, electronic scale house, access roads, and equipment shop and office. The landfill operation utilizes the latest in Caterpillar landfill equipment and environmental operation standards.
